Overview
Your normal working hours are defined in the Working Time Plan tab, however, there may be exceptions to these hours. Public holidays, Team Away Days and unforeseen circumstances are all good examples. It is important that you record exceptions so that Vivantio can accurately calculate whether you have closed calls within target times.
Exceptions provide official UK / US public holidays for several years ahead. If you have Vivantio installed on site, we will send you an import file each year so that these exceptions are always kept up-to-date. If you use the online version, we will update public holidays automatically.
When you create an Exception, it is not automatically applied to your working time plans. It must be applied to each working time plan individually. When you are creating Exceptions, you should enter times in Local Time.
