Overview

Vivantio's Reporting Suite is extensive and customizable. We have a range of reporting options from Stock Reports, a Report Catalog and the Report Builder.

To view the Stock Report folders you need to have access to the Reports System Area and to the Stock Report folders.  The exact details of which folders you will see will depend on your system set up, for example the stock reports may have been moved to a folder labelled Archive. Depending on your access level you may also see the Report Catalog and Report Builder options.  

Each of the Report Folders contain a number of Reports, the example above is the Statistics folder. You can use these reports as you would any other, run them manually, schedule them or set them up as quick reports. The reports will generally have a number of graphical displays followed by the raw data at the end of the report. All the Stock Reports give a description of what they include and what the data filters are.
