The Security tab in the users area provides options related to the security of your Vivantio instance. The security settings on this page only apply to Vivantio Technicians, not End Users / Callers. GuidanceNavigate to the Admin Area > Setup > User Management > Security 
| Prevent reuse of old passwords | When this option is enabled, when a Technician password is changed - either via an Admin User, or by the Technician themselves - they will be prevented from reusing a previously used password. | | Number of passwords to remember | When the "Prevent reuse of old passwords" option is enabled, the "Number of passwords to remember" setting controls how many old passwords will be remembered. | | Enforce Password Expiry | When this option is enabled, Technician passwords will expire after a certain period of time. Once that time period has elapsed, the Technician will be forced to change their password. | | Password Expiry Period (Days) | When then "Enforce Password Expiry" option is enabled, the "Password Expiry Period (Days)" setting controls how many days passwords expire after. |
