Overview

The Folders tab provides the creation, amendment and deletion of a folder or report. When the Folder is created here, it is also visible to the user when publishing a Report in Vivantio. Folders can also be created at the time of Publishing and will appear in the Folders tab if added in this way. The ability to drag and drop is available which provides a quick option for moving reports between folders. 

Guidance

Navigate to Admin Area > Reporting > Reports > Folders

Roles: Restrict the view of Reports and Report Builder by applying the relevant Reports and / or Folders to a specific role.

Adding a Folder

Navigate to Admin Area > Reporting > Reports > Folders > Select + Add Folder

Complete the details and click Save

Edit a Folder

Navigate to Admin Area > Reporting > Reports > Folders > Highlight the folder you wish to edit > click Edit – Make the changes and Save

Deleting a Folder

Navigate to Admin Area > Reporting > Reports > Folders > Highlight the folder you wish to delete > click Delete – Confirm
