Overview

The status is used to specify the current stage of an Assets life, for an Asset the status could be In Use, Retired, Live, Lost or damaged for example. A Status is applied at Asset creation and can be edited as the asset progresses through its life. 

Guidance

Navigate to the Admin Area > System Areas > Asset > Configuration > Statuses

To add a Status: Click Add Enter the name of the Status Enter the status logic if required Click Save To edit a Status: Tick the box of the Status you wish to edit Click Edit Make your changes Click Save To delete a Status: Tick the box of the Status you wish to delete Click Delete Click OK to confirm the action
