Overview

This area of the system is for reference only, it gives you information on the current status of your Vivantio licences. Vivantio provide two types of licenses:

• Named License - a named license provides a list of licences linked to specific users, the license can only be used by the chosen user and cannot be shared with others. Any number of licenses can be purchased.

• Concurrent License - a concurrent license provides flexibility with a certain number of licenses which anyone can use, however, when the limit is reached then one user must logout for another to login. Any number of licenses can be purchased.

Licensed To

Name of the organisation

License Type

Usually Subscription (for some of  our longer standing users on V4 this may be Perpetual)

Subscription Expires On

Date of licence renewal, Vivantio will contact you with details of the charges before this date. Admin users will also see an on screen warning in the technician area when licences are due to expire.

License Count 

This shows the number of Licenses purchased in the different licensing models. ie. Named or Concurrent 

Allocated Named Licenses 

Shows the number of Named Licenses that have been allocated out of your available Named Licenses
