Overview

Email Signatures are attached to the bottom of an outgoing email and can be dynamically created to provide a professional look and feel to your email communication; add your company specific wording to tailor the signature. The signature templates editor consists of an HTML edit and a database field list. A database field can be dragged onto the editor and the relating data will be added to the email signature when the template is used. It is possible to edit the signature in the HTML code if this is preferred.
